While we take utmost care in packaging, any delays or damages caused by the courier service, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Tracking details, if available, will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email once the product is handed over to the courier.
Ownership of the goods remains with Sri Divya Garments until full payment is successfully received, verified, and the order is delivered.
For international shipments (if applicable), customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
