Sri Divya Garments – Terms & Conditions

1. All prices quoted are based on current market conditions and are valid for a limited time; price changes may occur without prior notice if fabrics or materials fluctuate.
2. Orders will be accepted and processed only after full online payment, and we currently do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) under any circumstances.
3. Products may have slight color, print, or stitching variations due to photography, lighting, or screen display differences, which will not be considered defects.
4. Returns or exchanges are allowed only for genuine manufacturing issues, and customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with photo or video proof.
5. Delivery timelines and shipping charges will depend on the location and order volume, and any unforeseen delay caused by courier or logistics is not under our control.
6. Goods remain the property of Sri Divya Garments until full payment is successfully received and verified in our account.
7. Orders cannot be canceled once cutting, stitching, or packing work has started or once the product has been handed over for dispatch.
8. Any dispute or legal matter arising out of transactions will be handled under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu as per governing laws.
